GPA Requirements: GPA 3.5 or 3.25 and SAT score (Math 650, Reading/Wr 650) or ACT score (Math 26, Reading 28, English 26).
Other Requirements: No 'D' of 'F' on transcript. Must pass 11th grade benchmarks including: reading, writing, math and science. Complete and pass all work samples (including: writing, speaking, math problem solving, scientific inquiry) required for graduation. Additional requirements as per Policy IKF- Standard (i.e. Educational Plan and Profile, Extended Application, Career-Related Learning and Learning Experiences).
Students interested in attaining an Honors Diploma must begin planning with their academic counselors, class advisors, and parent(s)/guardian(s) early on in their high school careers to ensure GPA and credit requirements are being met.
