The administration, faculty, and staff welcome you to Heppner Jr/Sr High School. HHS is a friendly, safe place that provides students with many opportunities to develop academically, socially, and morally. Our experienced staff is committed to working towards the common goal of delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs. We are a Credit for Proficiency in the classroom school. We believe in common formative assessments that illustrate student growth and are linked to industry and state standards. The Morrow County School District provides us with the best resources and support to offer programs that are outcome-based. We have a long-standing tradition of having rigorous academic programs that are balanced with strong athletic and performing arts programs that supply a wide range of opportunities for student involvement.

Our students live within the communities of South Morrow County, creating a strong bond between the school and our patrons. We value this relationship and believe strongly in the importance of staff and parents working in partnership to achieve the very best for our students and their educational experience. Additionally, we have a strong commitment that HJSHS students are active within the community and continually look for ways to partner with our local stakeholders.
