Parents / Guardians can access the teacher request forms at the main office in each elementary school beginning May 16, 2022. Request forms will need to be turned in on or before May 27th to be considered. Please remember requests are not automatically guaranteed as we must consider the individual academic, behavioral and social-emotional needs of each student and the overall well-being of all students.

If the proposed MCSD bond measure is passed, it would raise $138 million and the district would be awarded a matching grant of $4 million from the state of Oregon, for a total of $142 million for proposed projects.
