Thank you to Madison Rosenbalm for volunteering to serve as a member of our Community Bond Advisory Committee. (CBAC) The committee is made up of 21 community members from Boardman, Heppner, and Irrigon. The group is responsible for considering various options for submitting a potential capital construction bond to voters in May 2025.
